ELASTOMERIC COATINGS?
An elastomeric roof coating is a liquid-applied roofing layer made from acrylic or silicone that cures to form a seamless membrane when applied over the entire existing roof area. Once it dries, you have a durable, monolithic, high-performance surface that stops leaks, saves on energy costs, and is easy to clean and maintain. Our coatings require no major tear-off or landfill trips. Lower energy costs and less waste mean a lower carbon footprint and a gentler impact on the environment.
SILICONE ROOF COATINGS
Most often, we will utilize silicone, because it will work on every single substrate we see.
Silicone roofing has a high UV resistance to keep a building significantly cooler than most traditional roofing systems. We can also apply an underlayer of SPF (spray polyurethane foam) that provides additional protection and insulation to the roof. This combined application qualifies for a Category 5 Hurricane Wind Warranty.
